Quality control

Production is organized in such way that quality control of manufacturing is adjusted at each production stage. First of all the site which accepts a part of a product, is obliged to carry out quality control — to check compliance to requirements and absence of marriage. After that the semi-finished product passes through quality control department where compliance to all requirements, which includes flatness of seams, admissible gaps, and lack of superfluous threads is also checked. When the finished article arrives on a packing site, it once again passes quality control of already ready furniture.
